13 Things About Gidion Keep: Dad’s Playlist

5 Days to Go

While my first Gidion Keep novel Gidion’s Hunt doesn’t make any secret about Gidion’s father having been a vampire hunter, the reader learns very little about what he was like when he hunted. Sure, we get a bit of his approach, that he would profile the vampires he went after. That still doesn’t tell a lot about his individual quirks.

One of the things that Gidion’s Blood will reveal is that Aric Keep had a playlist he’d listen to in his car when driving around Richmond to hunt vampires. I’ve assembled that playlist on YouTube. For those of you who want to be surprised by some of the selections mentioned in the book, go no further. However, for those who don’t mind a small spoiler, check out Aric’s playlist for hunting vampires.

About Bill Blume

Bill Blume discovered his love for the written word while in high school and has been writing ever since. His latest book Gidion's Blood is being released on August 11th by Diversion Books. His short stories have been in many fantasy anthologies and various ezines. Just like the father figure in his first novel, Bill works as a 911 dispatcher for Henrico County Police and has done so for more than a decade. He also served as the 2013 chair for James River Writers in Richmond, which produces one of the nation’s best annual conferences for educating and connecting writers.
